Okay, I just finished the game and I have a question for you...

Just in the beginning, the protagonist walks up to the door and tries to open it, but he discovers that his wife has locked him inside to prevent him from getting lost.
So I assumed that everything happening from the moment he opened the door was just a dream: since he was locked in, he couldn't have gotten out and discovered that Madaline died on the slope, but he did. So when the game ended, and I discovered that she did die, I was more saddened and surprised than I should've been.
So I guess that the door wasn't really locked. Right?
It was an interesting read. Thank you for this game!

I don't know, the entire thing is based on the narration of this guy (for a lack of better word), whom, as we know, is very unreliable. Also, there is some serious paranormal stuff in it.
