Great game.. a couple of suggestions!
Hi there, i've been beating the first 5 levels yesteday and i think this game is great. I have a couple of suggestions:

- Artificial locomotion: normally i am a fan of Artificial Locomotion. But here, it kinda breaks the game and make things somewhat confusing in the beginning. I am aware of the Artificial Locomotion switch on grip button. My suggestion is to remove that, adding an option in the menu instead, making clearer this is a game born with teleporting in mind and that teleport works much better within this game. Otherwise controls may be a bit confusing in the beginning breaking immersion.

- I would like to disable the floor grid, always in relation to immersion. This is also doable by manually setting the grid as a small patch under your feet, but i think an "on/off" option in the menu would be clearer.

These 2 are just little details but i think that following the advice above would be increasing the feeling of this game being very polished, because the beginning may be confusing for some players as they try to understand how an original experience and don't need to mess up with controls and configurations anymore.

Thanks for your feedback. I've been thinking of making the player enable artificial locomotion in the menu too. Sometimes people accidentally activate it by squeezing the grip button which can be confusing. I could then change the info sign in the first level to tell people about the mode and how to enable it.

Optionally hiding the floor grid is a reasonable request. Personally, I like it because it helps me keep an awareness of my location in my physical space before I move. I therefore tend to activate the chaperone boundaries less often. It's fairly trivial to add a menu option though. One important thing to note, I would advise people not to reduce the grid by marking out a small area. The game actually uses the grid you mark out to decide where to position you during some teleports and in other ways too, so you get the best experience by marking out your full available area.

Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply dude, I think the feeling of immersion is one of the strong points of your production. Thanks for making such a fun game to play as well.

I just though that the grid could be switched on/off by pressing grip button, rather than switching locomotion system. This may be a good way to go. Cheers
