Mssion 19 Sucks

Anyone else that has played misssion 19 think it is one of the worse Devil May Cry levels out of the whole series?

ya the boss rush im fine with, i enoy it (even after having to fight them for the 3rd time <.<) but its the dice roles that suck. the order the dice goes is 2>6>3>5>1>4 repeat. i would use the trick to get a 1 and somhow get 6, sometimes it would work but most of the time i would juts get a number out of no where. Peronsally i just think thye should have done it the way DMC 3 did it and not use the stupid dice mechanic. Also the last boss fight wasent much to talk about either so i was dissapointed with the ending missions of the game overall.

the trick with the dice is you should buster the number before the one you want
buy the time you press the button and it regesters the number will change

It's actually one of my favourite missions from the game, I love playing as Nero and it lets me test my skills on each of the bosses. (the dice trick making it much more enjoyable)

it seems everyone enjoys the boss rush, hell i do. boss rushes are fun to do. Althoyugh it also seems everyone hates the dice part so they just use the trick to get by it as fast as possible.

I actually like the dice game, but the lasers from landing on a red slot in Mission 6 are really boring ( => run in a circle) and blue slots aren't much to aim for since there isn't much to do with red orbs.

But with boss rush, I usually want to fight the boss immediately instead of going through anything else. So I never really used it for that.

personally i like the setting and atmosphere a lot more. i would much rather be in a giant monsters stomach then be playing a dice game that has the atmosphere of stone walls. i would also rather play through the stomach and get lost a few times rather then constantly hit a dice and keep on going at it until my luck says i can move on (unless of course you know the trick with the dice)

When I'm bored of Bloody Palace, I load up Mission 19 and ether deliberately land on the red tiles to get randomized enemy waves, or just go through the bosses immediately.

i've kind of always enjoyed mission 19 really. I've always been a lot better with nero than with dante so when i finally get nero back again it's fun. True, they could have designed something more interesting than slashing a giant dice, but still. I don't bother with trying to land on the right number. I rather just hit it and see where i go. Especially since the old man at mission 20 really isn't that hard so i rather just enjoy 19 for a bit.

That single enemy made me rage multiple times during my DMD run >.>
