While it may be very nice to have these games being translated officially by the developers, but they have to understand that PC =/= PSP. The PSP cannot have porn games, Sony will not allow it, the same cannot be said about the PC. So when a game that was origianally released for the PC and then ported to the PSP, gets the PSP port translated and not the original PC version, that rubs us the wrong way. Sorry, but I'm not paying for a port of the PSP version, when there is a perfectly good PC version that ...

Nutaku has been trying to make a Steam like store for 18+ games, they are always looking for more games to add to their store and a while back they even asked people for requests. So maybe it would be a good idea to ask Nutaku for the game, if anyone can convince the devs that a 18+ version is a good idea it would be them....
