Chapter 3 bug

In chapter 3 the one in the clock tower, in the music box puzzle it gets stuck. I press the button but the ballerina just ignores the path.

I have the same problem and I actually think it's a bug. I press the button exactly as it is shown in this video at 2:32, but the figure ignores new path and remains at the small circle.

I get the puzzle and I tried to hit the button like thousand times in different position. I even tried to restart chapter, but the figure just won't change its path to the biggest circle.

I played the game a lot of times on mobile and PC, I don't know how I did it but I managed to pass that part. In the he puzzle other circles works perfectly but there is one that does not seem to work properly and the ballerina gets stuck.

Have looked at your guide and have clicked in that area [2] and all around it about 100 times. Is there a way past without doing the second ballerina?! Please, please, please help!!

I'm having the same problem. I've looked at the guide, and watched and rewatched a playthrough of that section, but dozens of button pushes later the ballerina still refuses to change to the track that I want her too.

The solution has been given in another thread (I had the same problem and the solution proposed by this user worked!) Here it is :

THANK YOU!! I've been going nuts trying to get that to work. Figured out the puzzle quickly but just couldn't get that button to activate at the right time. I set my graphics to low, and voila!

Thanks, that solved my issue - changed from Amazing to Very Low and I could see the path.

In addition to changing to very low, I also had to change the resolution to 1440 X 900. then I was able to get past the ballerina jam up. I hope this helps you.

You must capture all of the bishops on the side of the golden box and go inside the small building, with the eyepiece,solve the puzzle inside to obtain the other ballerina.

I also have problems with the second ballerina. I have read the reactions here on this page. I have put the graphics to Very Low, no reaction. I also put the resolution down, but also this time nor eaction. The ballerina won't go to the big circle. Please help, or is there a way to scip the ballerina-puzzle?

Problem solved by playing the Ballerina-puzzle on my I-pad !!!!!!!!!!
