The Demon Arae card [RESOLVED]

My friend currently plays the game, and I thought The Demon Arae is unlocked by The Devil challenge, per reference to said challenge. Apparently this is not the case; but how did you actually get this card?

It is the gold token reward for The Devil.
So however you got the apparent conclusion that it isn't the case I don't know.

The Demon Arae is a reward for reaching the sorceress in the Tower. But she references Apollyon, which is why there's some confusion. Until I checked I thought it was the reward for gold on the Devil, too!

EDIT: And here's why there's some confusion - it used to be Gold on Devil but we moved it before release. So if you've got memories from pre-release builds you probably feel like you've ended up in a parallel universe right now.

I know it was like that pre-release but unless im literally going crazy this was the case for a while after the game released too.

Pretty sure I got that card from the devil when I played.
(Not counting anything that was changed in updates)

This is what happens when you patch as frequently as we do. How far into release was Colbjorn called "Myron Sharphands"? That didn't make it into the retail game, did it?

Yeah, the actual reward for Devil Gold is the ring in the supplies category that lets you brew the huge success potion, unless there was something else too?
