Armor token - how to get it?

Hi, now we have new tokens connected with armor, so how to take the charge to increase count?
I play in Russian version and it has not very good localisation of items (main as dialogs and cards is just perfect but items may make you crazy).

You need to use the Bash (the special attack you charge by defending) 25 times per armor.

sorry but what I'm not sure how to do this bash attack. I parry attacks, but I am not sure what you mean by "defend"

Ok, let me explain. You'll have the filled scale in the right part of screen if you'll defend yourself enough (about 5-7 times but it's depend on an armor) - you even don't need exactly parry, just use your shield. So after that just do your 'strong attack', defolt using É' or central mouse button, you'll see some effects as freezing of enemy and so on and after that the scale will go to zero.
