what is the controlls for this game? nothing i do works, i clicked every single button

I died in the game, and for some odd reason, it wouldn't let me start over. How do I get to the main menu, or how do I start over again without closing my window and opening it up again?

Collision The collision is terrible, try not to hit the walls. Crash: I think it's between Levels 21-25 don't press 3 for the spell. The game will crash. Starting level 26 you can press it again.
