If you check my guide, it explains how to install, or it is in the site 2 , one patch is for Bundesliga Teams and another it's for teams logos and kits (licence)

Just google PES Galaxy Patch. It updates often and adds teams

This is the ONLY legitimate mod site imo. Most of the others are sites that will add junkware to your PC, so I do not recommend using anything else. PES Galaxy patch evolves over time and gets better and better.
