PES 2017 random FPS drop

Has anyone experience sudden and random FPS drops while playing PES 2017? My PC is amove recommended specs. I have latest video drivers, latest drivers for MoBo etc. Free of viruses. Tried on SSD and HDD also. Tried to uninstall Pes Galaxy Patch. Made some changes in graphics controlls, tested all the resolutions. Still nothing. Once a 7-10 seconds I have sudden FPS drop. What's more: its fully random :(

I do not stream the game and play offline.

I have same problem. Even if i play vs COM. Its like a fluid fps. I change everything on perfomance in videocard settings and set quality on mid in pes settings. Then it was fine. But today it happens again even on mid settings. BTW i have i7-2600k, R9 290X videocard and game installed on SSD. WTF with this game optimization?

Try to open something in background, some application setup etc. I found that when I open deirvers setup (but not clicking on Install) there's no FPS drop... Weird...

FInally! Try to install anniversary Windows 10 update. Seems that the update won't install and constantly the computer is busy, dealing with errors...
