Enter the game. In the last menu (I think it's extras) there is a place for system settings. Then you will see a language section where you can adjust your language for menus and commentary. Hope it has helped.

In the Steam gamelist, right-click with mouse over game, choose properties and after in language. Close window and wait for download data.

Additional commentary appears in game system settings after download complete.

hmmm.... because I've got into the game and can't get back at the beginning....
while I can't find the way to switch the commentary in the game lol
quite sad now
