PES 2017 lag

I have a system that meets recommended requirements, never the less, PES lags on top resoulution and high details, FPS are steady at 60hz, but game it self lags. Any soultions?

Steam Update, Game Cache Verification and Driver Booster has solved for me.

I'm having the same problem as well.
The first time I run the game it run absolutely fine on highest settings.
Now it lags every 2-3 seconds.
My GPU is GTX970M.
Tried disabling BACKEND, tried turning off V-sync. Tried using windowed mode.
None of the above worked for me.
Did anyone manage to find other solutions?

Yes I have PhysX driver installed.
I managed to solve the problem. Turned out there was something happening in the background which kept the CPU busy and left little CPU power for PES.

i have same problem. at first half all is smoohht. until 2nd half, its starts lagging. its not about internet, this is offline match. i assume this is either win10 prob or pes2017 issue.

I can not connect any player for four days in any competition ..I am trying all day..I have a problem I notice it after a new update...i cant connect with any other player to play with(could not found an opponent)... this problem happens when i play all games online (Division -my club competition....etc)even my club competition (sim).. How can i solve it ?pes 16 working well and pes 17 was working good until a new update

I have 2 PCs and even on better one:

Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card

the game is unplayable onb high graphics, and 2016 was on ultra high and worked like a charm.

One question to all ...

DOES ANY1 know how to change this fake logos to real one ? I do not know how to use or change them (real ... etc. do not have their original logos and I would like to have that if possiblem so that I know which is which)

i have the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem,solved it by lowering the graphics quality to "medium" (altough i have a 4gb R7 370 series AMD graphic card)...i don't know where the problem is (not my computer,for sure),but i can't play it normally in high quality...LAME
