Not even Bayern Munchen are there, a team that always progresses throught the champions league group stages. Cmon at least add the second best league to the game, quite disappointing.

EA got the Bundesliga exclusive for this Year and the Next Season (2017/2018).

Thats kinda BS, it should be allowed for all games to use, so what happens if they get exclusive for EPL, Bundesliga, Serie A and ligue un?

EA has an exclusive deal with Bayern München this year, while PES has a partnership with the previously EA exclusive Dortmund now. If it's of any comfort to you, in Germany EA also holds the exclusive license for football management simulations and even re-newed it AFTER cancelling the Fifa Manager series, so we also rely on foreign key sellers to buy the SEGA football manager.

Who cares. I can't understand why they even bother to have any real teams at all, when 99% content of this game is made by fans anyway.

Simple answer, marketing. Fifa has momentum/heavy scripting and is yet selling in numbers, because a lot of people care more for the kits and player faces than gameplay. So PES has to offer something, otherwise they will lose the console AND PC market.

For PC, yes. But for consoles, PES would lose a bunch of arguments without any licenses and original stadiums.

PC version specific is probably all about the graphic downgrades the modding community has to fix as well. Licenses are a general PES issue though.
