I have donwloaded the last update and when iam trying to launch the game it appears a window and it says :

i have reinstalled the game again but i have the same "error "

I had the same problem yesterday. I fixed it changing the following settings. Go to your pes folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 - Right click on pes2017.exe > properties > compatibilty tab > select run as administrator and try to launch the game from steam.
