At best, it seems you can install 'Steam 360 Video Player', then manually find movies in the store and launch them one by one.
I'm facing the same issue. When I try to watch a video with HTC Vive Pro it says either "Unable to Download" or some videos take too long to download that I cannot watch.
How can I use Steam 360 Video Player to find the movies?
