Digital copy requiring disk

Whenever I start up company of heroes, it requires a insert the opposing fronts disk straight after the load screen, problem is its a digital download and I do not have the disk. I seriously don't want to have to re install the game because that's over a 6 hour long download and a large chunk out of my monthly internet data.

I do not know if this will work for you, but i was able to get it to work after i replaced the cd key sections in "STEAM_local.ini" and "STEAM_RelicCOH" with my CD key, instead of the variables it had in them.

When i open those 2 folders it just says this on the note pad

I think I have foundt a solution when COH ask for DVD or CD. Every time you play, COH log in to the relic server to verify that you have a legal copy. It add three files in a cache - that are located in: User/My documents/My games/Company of heros/cache. These are: Login cache, global cache and ping cache.

Now the problem occurs if you dont exit COH "the right way". If you experience problems "please insert disk", just delete those three files. When you start the game next time it will reinstall new "clean files". Then it works fne, at least for me. Please always use the Exit button when leaving COH, then the files will not be corrupt.

Doing this worked but now I cannot sign in using my correct login details, its like the system has erased my profile or something because it just wont work.
