Company of Heroes - Legacy Edition

Won't allow me past "Relic Online Login"
I got the confirmation emails on both my username and password. I'm 100% sure I entered them correctly, but it just keeps saying "The username and password you have entered are invalid. Please try again."

I really want to play this game for the first time! Can anyone help me out?

Edit: I validated my steam files with the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" and still no joy.

Check Relic Online has access to internet, indicated by the green, amber or red dot in top right corner of screen (I tink). Your firewall/antivirus may be blocking access.

Double check with your password and usernames

This is happening to me , it just says invalid username/password , I have reset the password as well so its not wrong at all , just wont log me it , it was fine a couple of weeks ago

The dot is green. I also reset the password as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the game to no avail. I emailed Relic support almost a week ago and have received no response. I appreciate the replies. I just don't know what else to do.

Thanks for your reply. I just tried what you suggested and the same thing happens except the light is red :(
Am I doing something wrong?
I guess I'll have to try illegally downloading it. Sigh.

The light is red because the game cannot connect to relic online, as you unplugged internet cable. I use to do that before (as computer was underpowered and would lag in online games) and I could never be bothered to download patches.

Chances are it is a windows 8 issue. I think there are some other forum threads which have discussed this issue. Go searching through the threads for the answer.

I still cannot find any answer as to why it continues to say "Wrong username or password"
I know they are correct.
