Seeing a few posts saying that controllers work fine, I'm getting nowhere with mine. Using Xbox One controller via wired connection, please help.

mine works fine? you have to set it to joystick in the games menue before you hit start game

ps3 Controller with Motion Joy Driver works fine :-)

they wont work well. I'd avoid.

Try going to the settings before you launch the game > joystick (it should all be blank) > click on defualt on the right side, and it should fill in all the blanks. That fixed it for me.

try turning unchecking read only from the install folder, and turning off compatibility mode. Then I could choose "default" like above, and after playing one level I could customize the buttons. This seems to fix a lot of problems on windows 10, everything seems to be "read only" by default
