How to unlock other ships like A-Wings and V-Wings?

I know that there are other 'special' ships you can fly like the TIE interceptor or the Millenium Falcon, but what about the regularly available ships in the mission select screen? How can you unlock the A-Wings and V-wings for missions that you can fly an X-wing on?

Search for "craft availability chart". I always thought it was when you complete the chapter the A-wing and V-wing become available...but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Okay, so I think the way it works is that when you complete all the non-bonus missions, the A-wing and V-wing become available for all the X-wing missions, and also all three become available for the two A-wing missions and the one V-wing mission. When you get gold on all the non-bonus missions, the Millennium Falcon and TIE Interceptor are unlocked. And when you get gold on all missions including the bonus ones then all ships are available for all missions with the exception of the snowspeeder missions and Rescue on Kessel.

I don't know if it's a glitch or what but I have all ships available for all missions from the start. Even Naboo Starfighter.

It's easy, on cheats write "WOOKIEPELT"
and that's it. With this U unlock Millenium Falcon and the Naboo Fighter.

Oh yeah I double checked and it's only the Naboo fighter available for all missions so I must have entered a cheat code at some point. I've had it installed for several years but just got back into it.

I had the Naboo starfighter unlocked from when I first installed it...didn't have to enter any codes.
