HOW DO YOU GET THIS PIECE OF ♥♥♥♥ TO WORK ON WINDOWS 10?

I also had problems playing the game, I can either see 30% of the screen or I see the gamescreen double and with inverted colors.

What fixed the issue for me is going into ..\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RogueSquadron\ROGUE and then for both "Rogue Squadron.EXE" and "ROGUE.EXE":
-> Right click
-> Properties
-> Compatibility
-> Change high DPI settings (opens new window)
-> On the bottom check the box for high DPI scaling override
(Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling perfomed by: [Application])
-> Click OK to close
-> Click Apply & OK to close

That fixed the issue to be able to play the game for me.

You have to download and install the Microsoft June 2010 DirectX update.

maybe just keep your PC up to date with windows 10 and it will work? i didn't have to modify a single thing on this game, it worked as soon as it got finished downloading

find its install direcorty and and set both Rogue Squadron and ROGUE to compatability mode win 98

it was working just fine yesterday even tho i had to task manager to get in, now i cant load it up like it says it's running but yet here i am not able to play or have it come up on screen :{
