Mystery Box issue

Hey there! I'm just learning mapping for zombies in Radiant and seem to be having an issue with getting a mystery box to work in my level. I've tried looking at tutorials but they all seem to be outdated. Does anyone know how I can set up a single mystery box? (I just want a single box and no more than that one location)
