"No connection" error

Press the start button
In the search, type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\
In the JackpotPoker folder delete the file Userdefault.xml
After that the game starts and runs stably

"Unknown error. Please try again" error comes when i start the game..

Tried to start after uninstall then install again still getting error.. trying compatibilty modes there is no change still not working..please help me...

I do not know how to fix this error, I did not have one. After uninstalling, try to delete all folders with the game program CCleaner,and then reinstall

Really sorry to hear you're having a problem playing our game. Please could you tell me what your user ID is and what operating system your computer uses so we can take a deeper look into the issue. A screenshot of the issue would also be very helpful.

Hi!

After I deleted the Userdefault.xml file, it was updated from scratch, everything normalized, the ID became permanent. Before that, the window "unable to connect to PokerStar" popped up and the ID changed about once a week. Unfortunately, I did not save the old one File, I remember only that there were several profiles, five pieces, because of this, probably, and popped up a mistake.
