The Game doesn´t start

After i installed the Game and pressed the Start Button nothing happens....
Whats wrong with it? Jackpot Poker is about to start but nothing there is no Jackpot

Same problem over here, i press play and then my screen goes black and it says jackpot poker by pokerstars stopped working, and it closes.

Does someone know how to fix it pls? thx!

And i wait so long for this Game and now i´m a little bit salty :P

We have fixed this bug so this should no longer be a problem. Please could you tell me what happens when you try to play the game and what operating system you are using?
