You won't get a VAC ban or your steam account banned but there is a high possibility that a Clown jumps out of your closed,armed with a giant scissor and cuts off your head (and/or the head of your cat).TQVault/Artmoney,not even once

Nothing will happen, it's just up to you (i mean, the choice of using cheats). However, you may be unwelcome in multiplayer rooms where cheats arent allowed by host.

lol this is not Diablo 3 ! Valve ( Steam ) doesn't care if you use cheats...
I would like to add that TQ Vault is not a cheat if used propelry.

TQ Vault is not a thing that you can use to cheat, TQ Vault is a place that has bigger inventory where you can put all your items and wont have to lose them, and cheating in TQIT won't get you VAC banned because it is an old game that has no achievements or any need of Valve system requirements other than the game launcher. Only if you cheat in a popular game and the most often played ones which are mmo rpg and a fps games, you will get VAC banned.
