HOW to change german language to english?

I have installed this game many times from the steam account and all times it was installed correctly with the english language and text default. Today i installed it again after a format of my drive and it has the german language and text as a default. Why did this happen and how can i turn it back to english?

1. Install and download Titan Quest and Titan Quest IT
2. Start and exit both games
3. Go to ../Username/My Documents/My Games/Titan Quest - Immortal Throne/Settings
Open the Options.txt
Search and controll Your installed language
For example: language = "English" or language = "German"
4. Go to the Titan Quest Immortal Throne install path
For example c:/Games/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Titan Quest Immortal Throne/Settings
Open the defaults.txt
Search and controll Your installed language
For example: language = "English" or language = "German"
5. Now You need two files Text_EN.arc or Text_DE.arc for both games.
I can give you only a link for the German files but i'm sure you can find the EN files with Google.

-You have to copy the Text_XX.arc file for Titan Quest to the folder
.../Steam/Steamapps/Common/Titan Quest/Resources
-You have to copy the Text_XX.arc file for Titan Quest Immortal Throne to the folder
.../Steam/Steamapps/Common/Titan Quest Immortal Throne/Resources

I have better fix.
1)Just go to your library
2)right click on your game
3)properties
4)languages
it should start downloading english version :)

Thanks for the help, but how can i change the language of the videos? it is still german
