By chance, I've tested the mobile version of TQ on my tablet. (Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2)
It has issues. It stutters now and then. If you read the comments/reviews on google play you will notice lots of people reporting this problem. I refunded the app after noticing it, but I'm keeping an eye on any updates that fix the issue.

No my Phone ISN'T ancient. OK its 4 years old but who cares? The ONLY thing which might not be good enough is the RAM. Like who ever needs an 8 core phone?
Years ago we could use an 1Ghz Computer with 512mb ram to play titan quest and much more. Why that's not enough for a PHONE.

I for one find OP´s statement, that no one would need 8 cores on a smartphone, way more insulting. Also, having the S3 for this long, way beyond warranty, and not operating it with a custom ROM that is above Android 4.4.4 or 5.1 is "special" aswell

works fine on the nvidia shield tablet. only the controls take some getting used to.

Android 5+ is gay. Also still doenst work with 5+. Apple is BEST example to show you don't need 8 cores in a phone. Explain me why the ♥♥♥♥ do you need such an cpu?

Some new phones like the Galaxy A3(2016) have 1,5 x4. Wow s3 has 1,4 x4 and 1,5 gb ram instead of 1. That's not acient or what?!.

I don't know how stupid you are, but well they are making good money with you if you think you need 8 core phone.
You like buy that phone then like "yo lets get some nice games". Then you realize there are none xD
I know someone who did exactly the same and he ended up using his phone only for watching videos and whatsapp. Nice investion. 500$ phone but 200$ A3 can exactly the same xD

My phone is still fast enough to do anything except some bad games and one good game (titan quest).
