unofficial patch + TQDefiler

Can anyone confirm that these work together, for the Steam version of the game without causing issues?

I only want TQDefiler for the "Relics in All" mod, so that I can enchant my legendary stuff.. :)

I can confirm that they do work together with no issues (apart from 1 or 2 mods).

I have both on and I think the patch works, but the ITAllskins Mod that comes with the patch won't work for me.
