Dear customer,
Please note that the ad-don Titan Quest - Immortal Throne is implemented in the game version Titan Quest Anniversary! Once you finish the main game questline by playing Titan Quest Anniversary, you can automatically continue with the Immortal Throne game questline.
The problem you are experiencing is because you start the game Titan Quest Immortal Throne instead of the Anniversary Edition.
Titan Quest Anniversary Edition is causing massing power spikes and crashes the game/pc...fix your s**t
Be careful with the anniversary edition, I had the normal version used to work fine then they broke it. The above fix doesnt help. When I try the anniversary its causing voltage issues and resets to my PC after about 3 mins of gameplay...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/wow6432node/iron lore/titan quest immortal throne
right click and new string, call it CD Key, put your cd key number in this. Once I have put this in the game worked.
I dont know if you ahve to do the hkey classes root, hkey current user and this, but it only worked once I did the local machine addition.
Hope this helps.
PS. For the record, I think this is IDIOTIC and disgusting that CUSTOMERS have to do something the game PUBLISHER should have taken care of...
I can't blame the game creators cause all the competent people moved to Grim Dawn, while the useless people made a money grab by releasing the anniversary edition that that messes up voltage on my PC (the only game to have ever done it)...yes as you can tell I don't like them very much :)
Excellent, I know how frustrating this was :)
