For some reason my antivirus freaked out over it, so I had to shut it up while downloading the installer, but it definitely is an actual server (It's up to you if you want to trust it or not though), I spoke to people in the game, and saw people talking in the trade chat.
But antivirus programs just seem to not like private servers for some games.
You may have to close the game and edit the resolution in client.ini in the folder the game's installed in when the beginning cutscene happens, because for some reason the game set the resolution to 0x0 when it got to that point the first time.
The game also doesn't have the English voices for the menus or anything else if you used them (though the option is still there, with placeholder text, clicking it just uses the Japanese voices).
Hopefully they're recruiting some modders to help fix things. Like Dark Eden, this has a lot of potential for success with private servers.
thats stupid its not Illegal to play on it.
Its Illegal to Host it.
