Game crashes

I can boot up the game, but when I get to a certain point in the first level the game crashes. It also crashes when I try to turn the TV graphic mode on. I know I have DirectX 12 installed and I'm running this on Windows 10 on my laptop.

you have to install a minimum requirement. Direct X 9

oof, how would I do that?

I put it now as a minimum requirement on steam. Uninstall and install again. Or google it
