I noticed going to the points shop that only one profile background is available while the game has several emotes and other backgrounds available from this game on the community market. Anyone know why you can no longer buy them from the points shop?

So I went through, watched a lot of Greenlight on Jim Sterling, and I saw this one. Now I find out it's out? Remind me why Greenlight still exists.

I finished the Nan tower in the village, but realized I missed Plantical Hex achievement based on looking at global completion %'s. Is this missable / should I go back and do this before continuing? Or is the whole game just free roam forever, and can always go back and complete everything later? Thanks!...
