Do I get all DLC with Special Edition?

Wanted to buy xenoverse 2, but i'm wondering if i automatically get all DLCs with Special Edition

nope only a few, buy the deluxe edition which includes the "super dlc set" and then buy the rest

not sure why they would not discount the special edition considering it's 40 dollars more than the deluxe edition but only has one extra pack which standalone is 8 dollars

Deluxe Edition has Super Pack Bundle, which are the four Super Pack DLCs (First 4). Special Editions adds the Hero of Justice Pack set, which are the last two DLCs currently, until DLC 17, 18, etc come out in the future.
