Festival Glitch: Cannot Challenge Goten (Found a fix!)

There's something I (and a couple others I have spoken to) have encountered with the third Festival. I have maxed out Camaraderie with both Vegeta and Goten. I was able to challenge Vegeta to a 1v1 and win to unlock his new preset, but the option to challenge Goten doesn't appear. He just talks to you normally, skipping the dialogue choice to challenge him to a fight.

UPDATE! It turns out this glitch only occurs in the Universe 7 Festival Lobby. Going to the Universe 6 or 11 lobbies should allow you to challenge Goten as usual.
