XV2 Crash on black startup loading screen

Recently wanted to restart the game on PC, fresh install, and no mods along with verified game files. However, whenever I start up the game on regular mode, or steam deck mode. It will display the Easy Anti-Cheat screen, go into a black screen with my mouse cursor loading, just to crash seconds later without even giving me a reason or crash notification.

I have seen similar discussions about this in the past, noting it's a Windows 11 issue and to start it up on Steam Deck mode, however even that doesn't fix the issue. I'm really stuck here, does anyone have any ideas on how I fix this?

i resolved the problem. i have a mouse connected with wireless receiver and disconnecting it the game start without problem

My game is stuck in the title screen and I have no idea what to do. I reinstalled the game, restarted my computer but it hasn't fixed the issue. The game doesn't crash, it just stuck loading. And unlike you I don't have a wireless mouse or keyboard.
