Hello, I saw some players level 180, I would like to know which NPC can we go up to level 180 or if it is a wish of Shenron?

It's a mod. Dimps has only been increasing the level cap with each future saga release. We will get 180 legit when part 3 gets released.

It's a bug currently. You can't use any NPCs to level up. I think you can do Expert Missions though, not sure. The level cap has NOT increased. This is a bug

It's a bug for anyone with edited saves, which can effect both PC and console players if you've edited your save at all.

Can't speak for others, but for me, I did set my CaC to 180 using the save file editor.
I only did this after reaching 161 by playing for a while, though, so I think it's already available.

But I can't help wondering if it's a bug related to how some users just wake up with all of the upcoming lobby auras unlocked, because I have those as well (Jiren's full power aura and Vegeta's SSJ3 aura), and I don't mess with that list in the save file editor.

The reason we didn't get 20 extra levels in this update is because this is DAIMA pack, and not Future Saga 3 as we expected
in Future Saga 4 tho we'll get 199/200

That's why I'm wondering if it's related to the pre-festival, all-auras-unlocked bug. Some people get them automatically - not even with the save file editor - and some don't.

So, whenever there's a new level cap increase, on your first login after an update you'll get a couple of pop-ups telling you about the new stuff, including said level cap increase.
I did not get such a pop-up. The ones I got were about the NPC that "sells" you the Dragon Balls and something about the Cross Versus achievements/badges.
Just to be sure, I tried talking with Whis, summoned Shenron, talked with Tosok, played a few offline PQ's & Expert Missions but didn't get any level/EXP.

Did anyone get that pop-up about the new level cap once they first logged into the game after the update?

Ditto, and yeah, no pop-up or level cap info. It's gotta be unintended for now.

It's a bug... kind of. Everyone should be seeing that they can level up from 160 to 161 naturally without save editing involved.

Nothing else in the game seems to acknowledge it (Tosok won't level you up, Mentor Stats aren't adjusted to increase as they should above 160) so it's suspected that someone tripped a flag that they shouldn't have this update.

There is actually a Namekian whom you can talk to who will increase your level for a fee. You may not have been aware of him. But he's been there forever. Tosok is his name I believe, if I recall.
