Enhanced graphics option, how to turn it on?

When I turn on the Enhanced graphics mode in the options, I get a message that the game has to be restarted to turn it on, I click ok, the game restarts, but in the options menu it says that the enhanced graphics mode is off. So please, if anyone know or have any information on how to turn it on, to tell us. I read on the forum that there are others, who had this happen to them and don't know the Solutions so please help ???

I don't really have an answer for your technical issue, but if it's any consolation,

1. "Enhanced graphics" is a bad name for it. Really, all you get is extra grass or snow particles floating around. Nothing is actually enhanced, it's just minimal additional visual clutter.
2. The devs are awful at programming and updates, but they can be intermittently on top of random gaps like this one, so even if you do nothing at all, the issue is likely to subside within a week or two.

You're really not missing anything by not using that setting, though.
