100% Equipment

Has anybody achieved this without using the Save Editor? I think the issue here is that the Skill List shows which ones do you miss exactly, unlike the list of Clothing and Super Souls, which shows only when those were already obtained.

Yeah I did, the set that I was missing and genuinely didn't know about for a long time was the Time Patroller outfit of the hero from Xenoverse 1 you get as a reward from completing the classes near Patroller Academy, that netted me the 100%. Also there are quite a few secret outfits you can get from some NPC's across Conton City. Hope this helps.

Yup. Already got the Time Patroller (Upper, Pants, Shoes) before along with getting specific items like accessories from Shenron, siding with both Frieza and Cooler (and both Zarbon and Dodoria) to get all variants of paintable outfits, getting clothes from Namekian giving them at random and created every race of the characters to get all of the starting outfits (Not sure if it's required to keep them though).

Mmmm, I take it you've already researched most as you've already listed many things I was going to offer as advice but what really helped me was this google document I found from a subreddit, this is the link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/12vB6o-V0ZaO96JWLlw7kRu1lW7T7KEsZmx2_J0-sF0Y/edit

Basically I just used this list on my mobile to navigate through equipment and to check list what is missing, as there is a lot to track you can screenshots of your CaC equipping each of the sets so you can easily back track what sets you've already completed.

This is an obvious one but I assume you got all the clothing from the Majin's at Buu's House?
I was going to also mention the tracksuits for Frieza's Siege Event but I am pretty sure all raid/event type of equipment don't contribute to the 100%. Anyways that list really helped me but it did take a while to check list everything, had to do it multiple times.

That's it! I checked the diagram of all possible drops and turned out what's missing was one Super Soul from the Red Majin. Thanks! = 3

(According to the list, the Tracksuits from Frieza Siege are actually required.)

Trendy Bikini comes as a Raid Reward (Beerus one if I recall) or you might get one if you gift Videl a present.
