Where is King Kai

I just noticed, in both xv 1 and 2 there's been a distinct lack of deity presence. As such a story-woven character with his own clothes in the game, where is he? Where is supreme kai for that matter? Why is elder kai and beerus the only gods who cameo.

He's on his tiny planet. What I'd like to know is where is the grand kai?

Certain characters likely had their roles pared back because of the health conditions of their primary Japanese voice actors. One may have noticed that the same thing happened in Dragon Ball Super after King Kai's voice actor first lost his range then practically lost his voice (his vocal chords were bleeding after those sub-standard sessions that turned out a monotone performance in the first round of episodes).
