but ultra instinct is only cool in the anime and really sucks in the game. I can beat ultra instinct goku by spamming with pretty much any basic character.

you need to have the conton city vote pack and him and dyspo should show up near the Custom character slots on the end of your roster you can go to training mode on offline battles to look fairly quickly. if you have a bunch of the other DlC's they can get lost in the mix.
