I am perfectly fine without multiplayer matches. But do the super bosses or whatever they are called still work? What about being able to buy stuff in the online only shops?
I'll test later but:
"Raids" are unlocked partway through the story and are stuff like "fight a really strong oozaru form Vegeta". It sounds like there MIGHT be an offline version of that which was added at some point, but they are balanced around multiple player character levels of power https://dbxv2.fandom.com/wiki/Online_Raid_Quest
And I forget the name for it (and apparently the wiki that used to sort of work for xenoverse 2 is gone?) but there was like an Online TP Medal Shop or something that tended to have the best Bangs and the like.
To top it off, there was another update this week and when I tried last night, it no longer connects to the server, just like before. Sad.
Actually, this is fixed now. It was a bug for everyone, not just Deck users.
TLDR; It still connects to servers on Proton Experimental. But I don't know how to force the game to start with Anti Cheat.
