Is Melee frieza race a viable build?

Its the first time I'm playing XV2 and I wanted something different from all the Saiyans... so.. is Frieza Race Melee build a viable build? or should I go namekian?

Not really. I mean you can do any build if you want, but Frieza is one of the worst for melee. Namekian isn't too great for it either.

The best for melee is female majin, followed by male human.

What the above comment said. Frieza race is really underpowered. Everything it does well another class type does better (in my opinion).

Frieza race excels in ki blast, not as much as female saiyan or female human, but it kinda balances this out by having higher normal attacks than those two. In addition, their awoken form, golden form, is the only form without any drawback whatsoever. Every other form has at least one weakness, usually in regards to ki regeneration. Golden form also has the second highest % increase to ki blast supers/ults (+30%, just under ssbe's +35%). Their charged normal ki attack is also stronger than anyone else's at this form.

You can thank all of the people who play PVP for almost everything being garbage now. Frieza race, golden form, namekian, and 90% of all strike skills.

computer uses frieza very fast but if you do it its very slow and unresponsive
