A way to buy all DLC at one without spending absurd amount of money?
Title.

There seems to lack an edition version that encompass all DLC at once?

It seems to be a disgusting strategy employed by certain publishers, Bandai removed deluxe edition which did have a hefty amount of DLC packs that came with it.

Deluxe edition is just season pass 1 with early access to future trunks, before having to beat the story quests. No loss from not having it.

The OP can get the DLC "packs" for cheaper but as I put in my review of the game, the DLC is best purchased while it's on sale when much of it can be bought at half price or w/e, except for the most recent ones. But if that's still too much, then just don't get it, or if you do, prioritize only the DLC packs that they actually want

Yes, I realised there is a thing call Pass that stacks two or three or four DLCs together. It's less stupid now. A question is, is this game and DLC worth it? It's a very old game already.

This is from my review of the game:

My Recommendation
I'm leaving the rating as a "thumbs up" recommendation, but this is now with a bunch of caveats

  • If you bought this game for modding (which a lot of console users tend to do on PC) you will need to disable the anti cheat. Be aware that doing this will prevent you from accessing any online related activities and co-op unless you have a specific set up (This is required anyway if you intend to have co-op modded content).
  • Do not jump into this game assuming Bandai provides official support for mods, any major update will break them. There is no option but to accept that risk if you decide to mod the game.
  • If you bought the game for the vanilla experience, and pvp. EAC has offered some improvements but you will still encounter some save exploits as cheats. With DLC 12 it's not as big of an issue... but it's still there.
  • Don't buy this game at full price. I EMPHASIZE this especially for those that want to participate in this game online. The game is still periodically updated, but some of these newer bugs that impede multi-lobby functionality and - yes Supreme Kai of Time I'm looking at you with your broken alternating string - should have been fixed at least a year ago. Why should someone have to spend $60 full price + cost of DLC to jump through hoops to get the games' full online functionality? Also, don't buy this game unless you are willing to have patience with its flaws. It's enjoyable, even 7 years later, but the PC version's activity levels have decayed over time.
  • If you're playing this it's more for fandom than for competitiveness. Styling over META. I still don't recommend full price purchase, but if you can handle all of the flaws above... it's worth it when it's on sale

On bullet point #4, the online bug I mention is an issue where you load multi-lobby but you may not see any players at all. I have to run ipconfig/release > ipconfig/renew each time I run Steam for the first time each day. It doesn't seem to affect everybody and I'm not sure if it's steam, or the game that's at fault, but I think the developers should have to ability to update the game to get around the issue, so yeah....

Game is on sale now, I remembered playing Xenoverse 1. I just got Xenoverse 2 base game and playing around. Seems like a good enough game, but feels very outdated as well. Not sure if the DLC is worth getting. As a completionist, I want to get everything DLC for a game if I am committed to play it. But it's a hefty price for all the DLC.

Like i said. If you play it long term, just get the DLC over time and when it's on sale. That's IF you elect to acquire them. Easier that way, but up to you.

Yeah thanks. Bought it and refunded. I liked the game and gameplay, but feels too old and clunky for my taste. I am craving for a good DB game, Kakarot's combat is boring and repetitive, but good open world. DBFZ is dead, this game is outdate. Guess I'll have to wait for BT4. Thanks nevertheless.
