Background noise bug

I just got xenoverse 2 and it's cool and all but for some reason theres constantly fighting noises playing over the game, is there any way to fix this?

not as of yet, I've tried verifying the integrity of the files, launching from desktop and through steam as well as enabling and disabling promotions in the xenoverse 2 launcher and nothing fixed it.

Just found something! If you open your volume mixer while playing you'll see a Steam web app has opened and is also playing sound. Muting/turning down the volume on this tab removes the sound. You can also open your task manager and completely close the window to get rid of it.

I found the fix. Basically, the audio from the dragon ball breakers advertisement still plays even after you close it. I made the mistake of constantly clicking on the advertisement on accident so it opened tons of breakers tabs in steam that kept playing the trailer. so just open up the advertisement and close any and all breakers tabs playing the trailer for the game
