Super Saiyan Mechanics?
So I've been watching and I've seen people use their CaC and transform into SSJ1/2 and SSJ3 in different times using the same skill set.

But I never see them going 1 -> 2 ->3 so does it depend on your Ki Bars you have when you click the L/R2 + O or do you equip 1 2 or 3.

It is dependent on the amount of ki when you activate the skill, but the amount needed we do not know. It seems that for SS1 you need atleast 3 ki bars, but to go to SS2 and SS3 it is dependent on your max ki. If remembering what I seen, there was talk about it needing atleast 6 ki bars or max to get to SS3, but during the beta I believe people where able to do it with only 5(?).

Again, without pulling up a video and counting, I don't know, but the saiyan transformations are based on the amount of ki you have. Hope this answers your question :D

As I played a Saiyan in the beta I can tell you there is a new Equipment skill slot called Awoken Skill and the skill you most see is just called Super Saiyan how it works is at 3 ki bars you can go super saiyan at the cost of no ki and its unlimited as it does not drain ki but also all supers and ult skills still cost ki in Super Saiyan the ki you gain via fighting is less then that of your base form as its draw back you also get a slight damage boost. At 4 bars of ki you can go Super Saiyan 2 and its like Super Saiyan and you can go from base to 2 but you gain even less ki back when fighting but your damage is better then base and Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan takes 5 ki bars and is like all other form of Super Saiyan but you gain almost no ki back when fighting but you get alot mot damage then all other forms of Super saiyan and like 2 you can jump right too it if you have 5 bars of ki. Again no form of Super Saiyan has a time limit you can power down to base when you want to and no matter what skill attacks still cost ki.

What video did you see that on, I never saw transformations recover health and have watched several videos/streams from the beta. If they did it had to be a bug or that would be broken, a saiyan and golden frieza can pop in and out of their forms at will.

What types of damage are enhanced? Base attacks, strike supers, ki blast supers, melee attacks, all of them or else?

If it is the same at XV 1 the Super Saiyan increases Physical Damage, and Super Vegeta which only goes up to lvl 2 increses Ki damage.

To be more accurate both Super Saiyan and Super Vegeta enhance physical and ki damage (SSJ more boost on physical and less on ki, the opposite for Super Vegeta), but I wonder if it is the same for XV2.

it is, was a screen cap of both SSJ and SS vegeta being present so we can assume that its still the case but who knows what effect Super Vegeta has, that we don't know yet.
Not even triple saiyan transformation could make you fly faster than standing on Pai Pai stick
