Overwhelmed with DLC options (What should I buy?)

Hello!

I love DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and I haven't played the game in a long, long, long while.

I want to get back into the game and enjoy some of the new content. However, the astounding amount of DLCs, available for purchase, makes this super hard.

I am confused as to which DLC is worth it to buy and which one will give me the best content for it's value.
All I know is that I would like to use/play as following characters:

Goku UI/MUI
Vegito Blue
Gogeta Blue / SSJ4
Jiren
Hit
Vegeta Blue / Evolved
Goku/Vegita SSJ4
Omega Shenron

Which DLCs do I need to purchase?
Is there a Season Pass?

the truth not even a dlc matters since they will always continue to block content to have more money. but it doesn't matter either that you pay what you pay for dlc, it doesn't provide anything except missions and powers or teachers, which is the only thing it brings and clothes are everything. In my case I only bought the extra pack set and in the future I plan to buy the legendary pack set and the coton city pack (this should be free but you know capcom is currently EA)

Generally speaking if you want access to 100% content you must get:

Super Pass
Extra Pass
Ultra Pack Set
Legendary Pack Set
Conton City Vote Pack
Pre-order Bonus

But if you only interested in the characters you listed then:

Goku UI/MUI - Extra DLC Pack 2(For MUI), Conton City Vote Pack(For -Sign-)
Vegito Blue - Super Pack 4
Gogeta Blue / SSJ4 - Extra DLC Pack 4, SSJ4 form is part of the base game
Jiren - Extra DLC Pack 2, Legendary Pack 2 for Full Power Jiren
Hit - Part of the base game(unlocked through Shenron wish)
Vegeta Blue / Evolved - Ultra Pack 1
Goku/Vegita SSJ4 - Part of the base game(Unlocked through PQs)
Omega Shenron - Part of the base game(unlocked through Shenron wish)

I believe I got everything right, feel free to correct me if you find any mistakes.

Wait till they go on sale for the love of god. I added up the total of the DLCs and it's about 100 dollars for all of the sets and bundles.

wtf you talking about? this game is made and published by bandai namco not capcom.
