Fusion technique as an attack

Something that I think would be an amazing addition to XV3.

RULES:
- Can only fuse with someone of the same race
- Can only fuse with someone of the same gender (Just to keep things simple, yeah?)
- Fusion lasts for 2 minutes in game
- Fused characters appearance is preset/chosen by both players by picking characteristics that each character already possesses.
- Fused characters always appear in fusion clothes (ex: gogeta, gotenks), color of clothes is preset/chosen by both players by picking colors each character already uses
- Fused characters attacks will be chosen by both players/preset
- Fused characters stat distribution will be decided by combining the stat distribution of both characters -25%
- Both players control the fused character for 1 minute each
- One super attack move slot is dedicated to switching control of the fused character to the other player

HOW TO FUSE:
- One player selects to use the fusion dance technique from their list of super attacks (Or maybe make it go in the transformation slot?)
- a circle (much like the revive circle around downed characters) appears a certain distance away
- teammmate must be inside of circle and also select to perform the fusion dance
- dance must be completed without taking damage

What do you guys think? Im not sure it would work online, and even offline it could get dicey since its so hard to perform. If the stat boosts end up being too OP, they could also make it so that each player has to have equal ki, but I think for the requirements of how hard it is to pull off it might be pretty balanced.

Great what makes it more fun and balanced is also implementing failed fusions if the fusion dance was wrong with the timing adding some disadvantages to the stats or ki, stamina recovery instead.

Because Fusion sounds way to much OP especially if you also can stack transformation damage on top off that ~25% damage you are talking about...
So you are talking about extra damage between 40% and 55% when you can fuse and transform.

If they implement it it should be a risk reward thing.

I'd rather suggest being able to fuse with your MENTOR instead, making it an Awoken Skill. You use it, the mentor appears near you (regardless if they are your teammate or not), you do the funny dance and pray to god you're not getting stamina broken, and voila. This would generalize the Fusion idea as basically "another transformation", sure, but you can not only give it a stat boost, but also choose between "Fusion (Own Looks)" and "Fusion (Mentor Looks)". As in, you can choose which movepool it should take - yours, or whatever mentor your choice is.
Do not ask how a Fusion between a Female Majin and Majin Buu would look like though.

If Namekians or Majins "Fuse" they merge together, so if they include this then you would have to fuse with another Race or else your Majin ends up being absorbed by Buu or your Namekian will merge with Piccolo and you would have to create another Cac.

Other than that, yea that could work.
Maybe customize the Fusion skill set like you can customize your Partner at that little Robot dude.

google for example "Majin Satan" it's allready been done in Dragon Ball Fusions for the 3DS entertainment system.

There is alot of Fusion combinations in that game.
Even a Beerus and Goku fusion.

And yes there is Char creation in that game and it has Saiyan, Earthling, Namekian, "offworlder"(pretty much a Majin) and "Alien"

So if they wanted they could include that in Xenoverse 3 ( maybe not 5 way Fusions thou lol)

I told you if they WANTED to, i never said it was simple, don't put words in my mouth.

We are talking about an option to Fuse and yet you think i apparently don't know how much work that would be?

Everybody knows that this would mean extra work for the developers.....but you make it look like its impossible to do.

IF they include it in Xenoverse 3, it will probably be limited to Saiyans or Earthlings and you will only be able to Fuse with Goku or Vegeta or perhaps they introduce a new character.

Then if thats done, they MAYBE include more Fusion options in form of DLC or Updates in the Future.
We'll see.

This is the only reason i brought DB Fusions up, because you said this can't work.

Maybe i shouldve specified but when i said they could include that, i didn't say include all at once.

I know there is work behind putting something like that into Xenoverse.
I know about 3D objects, assets and animation.

Fusion is too complex to impliment.
