Zarbon's soul "You've awakened my true power..." firstly has the wrong description for the first half of it and is Ki Recovery not Stamina like it says, secondly it's an active recovery affecting Ki generation when dealing basic damage or taking any damage yourself rather than Auto Recovery where it would regen your Ki by doing nothing. The other part of the soul when you are transformed affects a couple different stats; all your damage output to both the enemy's health AND stamina, reduces all damage you take to your health AND stamina, increases all your movement speed, and also your ki and stamina generation al by 5% like the soul says.
Unsure if the Zarbon soul really needs a buff or not though.
Agreed, though I kinda got a use for them if I equip Phantom Fist. It basically does the same as After Image, but restores stamina upon success and is currently the only stamina-restoring skill that wasn't rendered useless during Kaioken. If I use the super soul with Kaioken x3, I get zero stamina regen, but also zero drain and half-cost to everything except evasives, so occasionally dodging attacks with Phantom Fist keeps a decent level of stamina up.
Of course there are other transformations that are way better and less inconvenient as this, but I like to use that on a couple of character purely for style.
