how to defeat turles and slug?

Hi, I'm currently stuck trying to beat turles and slug who were possesed by Towa and Mira. I am almost there but they have so much power and I can only carry 1 capsule for healing, or can I buy more? I tried but it wont let me, I just had 3.
Also, do I have to go back to the main city to buy more from a shop? can't I get it right after losing? it's kinda annoying having to go back to conton city from the hills.

edit. I managed to buy lots of capsules from the other shop but I can only carry one? of each type?

yes you can only equip one of each type, just equip 3 recovery capsules L,M, or Z of you have accesss to those, also always, ALWAYS, equip a senzu bean.
