Wishes across characters?
So I know that skills, cloting, items, QQs, and most Super Souls transfer across all characters.

What about usable characters? I am not seeing my two Shenrons I have unlocked with my first showing up on my second...but my second character isn't far through the story...is it story related?

eis, nuova, and omega shenron are dragon ball unlockables only, it's not story related in my experience, just finish the story again in case, but I think you have to get dragon balls again

Characters and PQs are like the story content. They don't carry over between CAC characters.
