The only one I ever really see people use is the one that lunges you forward. mmmaybe back breaker too, but I see that far less.

I use Flash Skewer. It penetrates guards, so if you're facing an opponent who keeps blocking/turtling, then this can help. I only use this in PvE, so if you PvP with this, your mileage may vary.

All of them have their advantages, but if I had to pick one personally, it'd be the Ult. Time it right and it can shave off just that bit more HP off of a Stamina Break without the enemy able to do anything against it. Sure, it won't hit hard, and 5 Ki is a lot... but guaranteed damage? Heck yeah.
